The Design-Build Remodeling Process:
 
At Creative Enclosures, the first step in our design-build remodeling process is to have you meet with one of our design consultants. At this meeting, we review the type of project you are interested in, the location of the proposed project, your target budget and any specific challenges that may relate to the project.
 
After our meeting, our design professionals will develop a plan for your new addition, sunroom, deck or renovation. Upon review of the proposed design with our contractors, our design staff will set up a second meeting with you to review the proposed design and discuss any changes. 
 
Once you approve the project design and budget, and any required financing is in place, our production team will proceed with acquiring the necessary permits and supplies, and will begin the construction process.

As part of Creative Enclosures' design-build remodeling services, we present clients with custom CAD drawings so they can visualize the proposed changes and options before the renovation project begins.
