Creative Enclosures 2-Year Workmanship Warranty

All labor is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of two years from the date of substantial completion. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Seller's liability is limited to the repair of defects in workmanship. Seller will not be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages. Seller shall not be responsible for damage to its work by other parties and repair work necessitated by such damage will be considered as an order for extra work. Product warranties will be provided by product manufacturer, and buyer shall look solely to said manufacturer with regard to claims for defective materials, buyer shall further look solely to manufacturer with regard to any claims made by manufacturer about the properties of the materials or their suitability for any particular purpose.
