Project Manager Residential Remodeling
The duties and skills required for this job include:
Ordering & Scheduling deliveries of materials and trades people
Setting and keeping track of production schedule as it pertains to individual projects
Working with the production team to expedite jobs, insure quality, insure material availability and help foster a strong team environment.
Communicating verbally and electronically with customers daily, weekly and monthly as the individual projects require.
Understanding the scope of a project from the sales team, insure it can be built as per estimated budget.
Preparing projects to be built by craftsman: ordering materials, scheduling sub-contractors, insuring ordering accuracy, on-time delivery of materials and that budgets are kept.
Engage with the designer on drawing development, reading residential blue prints.
Ability to effectively and efficiently use a computer for communication & ordering.
Coordinating with on-site Job foreman/craftsman to ensure clarity is achieved.
Leaving nothing to chance.
Having a sense of urgency to produce jobs on time, one budget with happy customers.
Working with all team members in a positive & professional environment.
