Salesperson Position at Creative Enclosures

Purpose of Position: to acquire and retain long term, quality clients for the company by converting company generated leads and personal leads generated into sales through the execution of our lead generation, lead conversion, sales and customer service systems.

Entrepreneurial Work:

 Recommend to management appropriate ideas for improving and systematizing any aspect of my position (or any other aspect of Creative Enclosures). And, assist in the development and implementation of those ideas. This could include ideas on marketing, selling, production management, office administration, etc.

Technical Work:

 Continuously develop/improve sales skills through reading, training, seminars and application of what is learned

 Understand proper construction methods in order to estimate and sell jobs at

documented costs

 Maintain in good condition all sales tools in my position

 Follow documented system for lead control

 Follow documented procedures for sales calls and sales presentations

 Set necessary sales appointments (second calls, etc.) and keep office informed of

schedule changes and additions as per documented system

 Follow-up on all leads that have been assigned as per documented systems

 Canvass all neighborhoods for new leads that I have sold jobs in

 Give completed estimates to sales manager to review before scheduled sales call

 Complete all necessary forms and paperwork as per documented systems so the

production department can produce the project efficiently and accurately

 Meet with Production Manager to review new projects

 Attend and participate in the pre-construction conferences for new projects when

requested by your manager.

 Maintain ongoing relationship with customer during construction and follow-up with

customer after job completion as per documented system

 Complete lead/sales report on lead slip for each appointment and assigned lead

 Perform anniversary inspections on all projects that you have sold on 1 st and 2 nd

anniversary in order to assure customer satisfaction and generate additional sales

 Constantly prospect for new customers by working company database, asking for

referrals, canvassing, attending Business After ours, etc…

 Pleasant, friendly, professional and empathic attitude must be conveyed when assisting

prospects, customers, team members, vendors and suppliers at all times.

 All work will be performed according to company policies and procedures, as well in the

spirit of Creative Enclosures, LLC’s Strategic Objective and USP.

 All oral and written communication directed internally and externally will be clear, concise

and of the highest professional caliber

 All telephone calls and messages will be handled as per company policy and procedures.

The telephone will always be answered after the second ring. And, is never allowed to

ring three times

 All responsibilities associated with my position requires an action-oriented approach
